VICKI EDWARDS. BA(Hons)
Vicki
is the nursery owner and has worked in the childcare sector since 1995. Vicki has a Bachelor of Arts with Honours degree in Children, Schools and Families and is qualified to BTEC standard in nursery nursing and has attended many short courses in child care. She is a qualified first aider and has a Foundation Degree in the Integrated Education and Care of Children and Young People.
Vicki has also been awarded the Early Years Professional Status (EYPS) which is a professional accreditation endorsed by the government for graduate practitioners who have demonstrated a set of professional standards.

   
EMMA STEVENSON
Emma is our Nursery Manager and holds a BA degree in Integrated Working with Children and Families.
She is a qualified first aider and has recently gained her designated lead practitioner status.

   
BECKY GREENLAND
Becky is our Nursery Deputy Manager, holds a level three qualification in children's learning and development and is also a qualified first aider
   

ALISON BAILEY
Alison is a team leader and joined Scale Hall Nursery in February 2018. She holds an NVQ 3 in Children’s care learning and development. Alison has also gained many certificates working with children.

   
KAY HILL
Kay joined Scale Hall Nursey in March 2018 with an Early Years level 3 diploma in childcare and education as well as a primary teaching degree specialising in special needs and early years. 
   
MIA MOSSLEY
Mia joined Scale Hall Nursery in February 2020. Mia is a qualified level 3 practitioner who holds a diploma in childcare and she has recently completed her first aid training.
   
KATH WOODHOUSE
Kath is our Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENCO) and works at all four of our nurseries. Kath has a BA (Honours) in Geography, a Post Graduate Certificate of Education and a Post Graduate Diploma as a Teacher in the Deaf. She worked as a special needs advisory and support teacher in North Lancashire for 23 years, in high schools, primary schools, pre-schools and with babies in their homes. During this time she gained experience in working with children with a wide range of special needs and her work included cooperative working with a wide range of professionals, including those in health and social care.
