VICKI EDWARDS. BA(Hons)
Vicki
is the nursery owner and has worked in the childcare sector since 1995. Vicki has a Bachelor of Arts with Honours degree in Children, Schools and Families and is qualified to BTEC standard in nursery nursing and has attended many short courses in child care. She is a qualified first aider and has a Foundation Degree in the Integrated Education and Care of Children and Young People.
Vicki has also been awarded the Early Years Professional Status (EYPS) which is a professional accreditation endorsed by the government for graduate practitioners who have demonstrated a set of professional standards.

   
SUE DONAGHEY-GREGORY
Sue is our Nursery Manager, she manages all aspects of the day to day running of the nursery and deals with administration and coordinating policy to ensure the nursery always operates to the high standard required. Sue has over 13 years experience at Scale Hall Nursery and holds an NVQ3 in Early Years Care and Education.
   
MEL ROBINSON
Mel is our trainee Deputy Nursery Manager and holds the BTEC Level 3 National Certificate in Children's Play, Learning and Development. Mel is the named ENCO (Equality Named Co-Ordinator) for the setting and works with Sue to carry out the WellComm screening - a speech and language screening tool.

HAYLEY DAWSON. FdA.

Hayley has worked at one of our our sister nursery's - Abacus - since 1999 and has a Foundation Degree in the Integrated Education and Care of People and Young Children, and is our professional staff and setting development co-ordinator for all four of our nurseries. Hayley has attended many short courses in child care. She is a qualified first aider.
   
KATH WOODHOUSE
Kath is our Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENCO) and works at all four of our nurseries. Kath has a BA (Honours) in Geography, a Post Graduate Certificate of Education and a Post Graduate Diploma as a Teacher in the Deaf. She worked as a special needs advisory and support teacher in North Lancashire for 23 years, in high schools, primary schools, pre-schools and with babies in their homes. During this time she gained experience in working with children with a wide range of special needs and her work included cooperative working with a wide range of professionals, including those in health and social care.
